The track and field athletes from TV Bad Kötzting celebrated the end of the season with a visit of seventy people 2023 im Restaurant „Goggolori“. Department head Elisabeth Plötz was pleased about the large participation of athletes during her welcome, trainers, parents and judges. She left the year 2023 from a social and sporting perspective. Coach Alois Brandl then took the lectern and reviewed the active sporting season with many numbers. Due to the corona pandemic, the competition team is undergoing a sporting upheaval. But the next generation is already in the starting blocks, is currently under construction and is on the verge of bigger tasks. The successes and payers speak for themselves. at 25 They were on the winner's podium 244 times in competitions in Bavaria and the Czech Republic (107times space 1, 81times space 2 and 56 times rank 3). They each won seven gold medals at the Upper Palatinate Championships- and silver medals and four bronze. Sebastian Liebl won the North Bavarian indoor title 400 m. Luisa Fischer took fifth place in the women's javelin throw at the Bavarian Championships. They also had five district championship titles in the all-around competitions for students. The impressive number of new club records was eighteen. Luisa Fischer is in the female AK U in the German best list 23 four times in the top forty. At the Bavarian level, TV people are among the best 28 times 25 listed. They top the Upper Palatinate best list 25 times with first place. 73 Top ten ranks are still on the success list.

In any case, next year the people of Bad Kötzting will attend more events as part of the “one-year-other-border” sports exchange with the Pilsen region in the Czech Republic.
